On the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the establishment of the Compulsory Enforcement Service and the Compulsory Enforcement Officer Day, a solemn session was held in the administrative building of the Service.
In his welcome speech, congratulating the officers of the Service, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Arsen Mnatsakanyan stated: “May 5 is a highly important, cherished and awaited day for all current and former employees of our Service, and May 5, 1998, is the most significant page in the history of the Service. Throughout these years, we have witnessed the growth and achievements of the Service, alongside numerous difficulties and challenges, which, I think, have been bravely overcome with dignity. Your dedication to your work is one of the most important values and does not go unnoticed. Our common goal is to serve our country and our people with dignity, and our quality work serves as the cornerstone for enhancing the reputation of the Service. On this memorable day, I want to express my gratitude to each of you, our veterans, for your dedication, conscientious service, and the invaluable contributions you have made.
Expressing gratitude to the employees and veterans of the Service for their dedication, conscientious service, and the invaluable contributions they had made, Arsen Mnatsakanyan extended his wishes for their good luck, prosperity, progress and good service for the sake of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people.
