The Compulsory Enforcement Service, with the aim to reduce inconveniences caused to citizens and legal entities in the process of imposing an attachment on property, to improve the quality of the service and to exclude overcrowding in the service centres, has established the special Rapid Response Group #Your_Attachment. From now on, in cases permitted by law, without visiting the Service or submitting a written application, you can get complete information about the attachments imposed on you or your client and resolve the following issues as soon as possible:

• Adjusting the payments made and finding out the reasons for not lifting the attachment;
• Reviewing the attachments imposed proportionate to the obligations fulfilled;
• Lifting the attachment imposed or maintained groundlessly;
• Detachment of monetary funds not subject to levy execution;
• Lifting the attachment from salary or other income or reviewing the amount of the attachment;
• Charging the funds frozen in banks, lifting other attachments and termination of proceedings;
• Receiving information on the process of execution of interim judicial acts related to securing the claim.
