Today, on December 7, Acting Secretary General of the Compulsory Enforcement Service Ashot Avagyan and RA Deputy Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Gorg Poghosyan visited Gyumri on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Spitak earthquake.
Together with the employees of the Shirak regional department, they laid a wreath and laid flowers at the “Innocent Victims, Compassionate Hearts” memorial in the yard of St. Amenaprkich Church in Gyumri.
