On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the Spitak earthquake of 7 December 1988, Acting General Secretary of the Compulsory Enforcement Service Ashot Avagyan visited Gyumri.
Together with the officers of the Shirak Marz Division of the Service, he laid a wreath and flowers at the monument “For the innocent victims and merciful hearts”, immortalizing the memory of the victims, placed in the yard of Gyumri Holy Savior’s Church.
