Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Siro Amirkhanyan and Deputy Vahe Movsisyan, at the invitation of Marc Schmitz, President of the International Union of Judicial Officers, participated in the final session of the Permanent Council of the International Union of Judicial Officers held in Paris on November 20–21.
According to the agenda, together with the member states of the Union, a number of issues related to the provisions of the Global Code of Enforcement adopted in 2016 were discussed.
The Union’s reports were also presented, along with the best practices in the field of compulsory enforcement from the member states.
Since 2015, the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has been a full member of the International Union of Judicial Officers.
