Today, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia Siro Amirkhanyan and Head of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex. They were received and accompanied at the memorial complex by Acting Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Hrachya Tashchyan. They laid a wreath and flowers at the Eternal Flame in memory of the innocent victims, observed a minute of silence to honor the memory of the innocent victims, then toured the Armenian Genocide Museum and took part in a tree-planting ceremony.
