On the occasion of Compulsory Enforcement Officer’s Day, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan conveyed a congratulatory message to the staff of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh, wishing health, peace, welfare and safe service for the glory of the Republic of Artsakh and the people of Artsakh. The congratulatory message reads as follows:
