Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan introduced Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Arsen Mnatsakanyan to the staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
First, the Minister expressed his gratitude to former Head Sergey Meghryan for the work done and emphasised that the initiated reforms will be ongoing.
Grigor Minasyan expressed hope that newly-appointed Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Arsen Mnatsakanyan will invest his work experience and knowledge in solving the existing problems and bring the reforms to life. “It is noteworthy that Arsen Mnatsakanyan has more than 10 years of work experience in the sphere of the Compulsory Enforcement Service. I am hopeful that the staff of the Service will support Mr Mnatsakanyan to carry out effective activities in the position assumed”, — Minister Minasyan stated in his speech.
Arsen Mnatsakanyan expressed his gratitude for the trust and stressed that all efforts will be exerted to implement reforms.
