We inform that on 13 July 2020, in the period between 12:52 and 13:24 the website for compulsory electronic auction was unreachable due to system failure, as a result of which participants of the auction were not able to participate in the electronic auction and offer bids.

Taking into consideration the fact that ensuring of the compulsory electronic auction and observance of the principle of equality of all the participants of the auction — prescribed by Article 35.2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On public bargains” — were impossible for a certain period as a result of failure of the website, the Service will hold a double auction for the auctions that ended in the period of failure through which applications for participation were submitted. The double auction will be held with the starting price for the last auction, with changed numbers of lots.

The amounts paid by the participants of the auction will be returned through the established procedure.

At the same time, we inform that sale of lots sold on the same day after 13:24 is deemed to be held.
