Dear Mr Hovhannisyan,

On behalf of the Compulsory Enforcement Service and myself, I warmly congratulate you on the Police Officer Day and the 106th anniversary of the Police Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

The institution under you leadership, as a state authority performing a special service, has an important role in the protection of lawfulness, as well as the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens, and in maintaining public order and security within the Republic of Armenia.

The daily work of a police officer is difficult and entails responsibility. I am sure that due to your consistency, professional experience, and the reforms implemented in the Police, you will perform the functions entrusted to the Police by law with integrity, and overcome any challenge.

The longstanding co-operation between the Compulsory Enforcement Service and the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been consistent and successful. I am sure that the active bilateral co-operation between our agencies will be continuous and fruitful contributing to the exercise of the rights and protection of interests of our citizens.
