On behalf of the Compulsory Enforcement Service and myself, I congratulate you and the personnel of the Investigative Committee on the occasion of Investigative Committee Officer Day.

Since its establishment, the Investigative Committee has its key role in strengthening the legal order, combating crime and corruption in the Republic of Armenia. The role of the institution is particularly important in strengthening the lawfulness, including protecting the rights and lawful interests of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia.

I am confident that the Committee will — under your leadership and due to the diligent and consistent work of devoted employees of the system — continue achieving new successes in exercising the powers delegated thereto by law, while ensuring the introduction of scientific and technological advancements, positive sector-specific experiences, advanced forms and methods of organising the preliminary investigation.
