In her welcoming speech, Head of the Legal Division of the Service Gohar Mkrtchyan attached importance to the fact that compulsory enforcement officers frequently deal with cases of domestic violence in the enforcement proceedings for transferring and visiting the child and emphasised the need for awareness of compulsory enforcement officers about a number of issues related to domestic violence.

During the two-day courses, there was also an active discussion on a number of practical and legislative issues that emerge within the scope of enforcement operations in the context of the fight against domestic violence.
