Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan congratulates on the occasion of Independence Day

Dear compatriots, Armenians around the world,

I congratulate us all on the occasion of the pan-national holiday — the Independence of the Republic of Armenia.

Twenty-nine years ago, on 21 September, the 3rd Republic and the right of the Armenian people to speak freely was established through the collective expression of will of the Armenian people, and the establishment of the Republic of Armenia as a legal state became the winning card of the Armenian people for historical justice.

On this holiday, each of us is proud in his or her own way. Today when our country is still facing different challenges, it is more than important for each of us to be individually aware in the sense of maintaining what has been achieved, building up honestly, guaranteeing and ensuring the ongoing existence of a democratic state based on rights, as achieving independence is the bedrock on which we must build and empower the Armenia that we dream of.

The spirit of the Armenian people is invincible and unbreakable. Even today, our Soldiers are vigilant and alert on the border in order to keep our borders impregnable. Surely, only through the unity, resoluteness, dedication of all of us and the love for the Homeland will we be able to live in a secure and happy country, and ensure our bright future by raising well-educated generations.

Congratulating all of us on the occasion of Independence Day once again, I wish peace, prosperity, empowerment and new achievements in all sectors.

Glory to our Heroes!

Glory to the brave Soldiers keeping our borders impregnable!

Glory to our People around the world!

Glory to our Homeland!

Glory to the independent Republic of Armenia!
