Today, a working discussion headed by the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer was held in the administrative building of the Compulsory Enforcement Service which was attended by the administration, Heads of Yerevan City and Marz divisions.
The main violations recorded by the Control Department of the Ministry of Justice, the examination of applications filed by citizens, as well as the results of inspections conducted by the Division for Inspection and Analysis of the Service were discussed. The Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer gave instructions to remedy the recorded violations, rule out further similar violations and establish a uniform practice in the Service with regard to the recorded issues. Assignments were also issued for remedying some other issues arising in relation to certain enforcement actions and proper organising of enforcement actions.
A mention was made to increasing the effectiveness of work of compulsory enforcement officers, ensuring uniform practice, as well as to a number of issues related to the performance-based system of rewarding compulsory enforcement officers introduced in the Service under the pilot project. The Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer emphasised the necessity and importance of proper functioning of the performance-based system of rewarding, individual high responsibility and good faith of the Heads of relevant subdivisions and every compulsory enforcement officer in the implementation of the goals pursued by the introduction of this system, i.e. increasing the effectiveness of the compulsory enforcement system, as well as the work of compulsory enforcement officers.
