Today, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan held a working consultation in the Lori Regional Division of the Service.
Before the consultation, with the accompaniment of Head of the Lori Regional Division Arman Poghosyan, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer, co-ordinator of the activities of the Division, Deputy Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Artur Vardanyan and Head of the Economic Division Albert Nazaryan toured the Regional Division, got acquainted with the process of organising and co-ordinating the activities and the building conditions.
Issues for increasing effectiveness of enforcement operations within the scope of enforcement proceedings were discussed during the consultation. It was reported that the number of writs of execution has increased, and that there is a need to fill the vacancies of the Division.
Sergey Meghryan assigned to be consistent with immediate fulfilment of the demand of interim judicial acts and increase of the quality of service for citizens.
Importance was attached to the need for beneficiary natural persons of the Service to use the “Personal Profile” electronic tool of enforcement proceedings that is replenished with new toolkits, which will help to save the time and resources of the debtor citizen to receive complete information about the enforcement proceedings regarding him or her and instituted by the Service.
The Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer assigned to be consistent to make sure compulsory enforcement officers properly exercise their powers.
After the working consultation, Sergey Meghryan attended the solemn opening ceremony of the Civic Centre which was opened through co-operation between the Ministry of Justice and “HayPost” company, and where citizens will be provided with a one-stop shop service with respect to issues related to the compulsory enforcement sector.
