Today, a reporting meeting was held under the leadership of Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Siro Amirkhanyan. The results of the activities of the Service’s Yerevan City and territorial subdivisions for the first half of 2026 were summarized. The Service’s leadership, as well as the heads of the central body and territorial subdivisions, participated in the reporting meeting. This was reported by the RA Compulsory Enforcement Service.

According to the half-year performance indicators, it was recorded that in the first half of 2026, more than AMD 35 billion was recovered in favor of claimants, which is 19% higher compared to the same period of the previous year.

The more than AMD 12 billion recovered in favor of the state budget exceeds the comparable indicator of the previous year by about 18%, the approximately AMD 22 billion recovered in favor of legal entities by about 23%, while the amount recovered in favor of individuals increased by 9%.

During the reporting period, more than AMD 2.5 billion in enforcement fees (enforcement expenses) was collected, which is about AMD 64 million more than the amount collected in the first half of 2025.

It was also reported about the implementation of the new Law “On Enforcement Proceedings” and the possibilities for the continuous improvement of digital enforcement tools. In particular, a software capability has been created that also allows non-property enforcement proceedings to be recorded.

Summarizing the Service’s half-year performance indicators for 2026, although the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer gave a positive assessment of the Service’s half-year activity indicators, relevant instructions were nevertheless given in certain areas for organizing uniformly effective work.
