Sergey Meghryan, Chief Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia and Gohar Mkrtchyan, Head of the Legal Department of the Service, participated in the Permanent Council of the International Union of Judicial Officers and the events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Union in Paris on November 24-25, due to the invitation of the president of the International Union of Judicial Officers Mark Schmitz.
During the Council the Issues related to the implementation of the new Global Code of Digital Enforcement and its implementation in the drafting of national legislation in the Member States, including the Republic of Armenia, were discussed.
The delegation of the service participated in the round-table discussions dedicated to the introduction of the electronic enforcement procedures in the member states of the Union.
During the Council, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer had a number of meetings with the heads of partner organizations from different countries and had separate meetings with Mark Schmitz, President of the Union.
