Arsen Mnatsakanyan, Chief Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia and Gohar Mkrtchyan, Head of the Legal Department of the Service, participated in the Permanent Council of the International Union of Judicial Officers  in Paris on November 23-24.

During the Council the Issues related to the implementation and the  improvement of the digital enforcement, the necessity of adopting a Global Code of Profession and Ethical Standards in Enforcement,  the communication with media, etc. were discussed.

During the Council, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer had a number of meetings with the heads of partner organizations from different countries and had separate meetings with Mark Schmitz, President of the Union.

The Compulsory Enforcement Service of the RA has been a full member of the International Union of Judicial Officers since 2015.

UIHJ aims to bring together state and private enforcement officers in different countries, to highlight the best practices of the latter and contribute to the process of deepening international cooperation in the field of enforcement.
