The Head of the Compulsory Enforcement Service, Chief Enforcement Officer Arsen Mnatsakanyan, and the Head of the Legal Department of the Service, Gohar Mkrtchyan, participated in the annual concluding plenary session of the Permanent Council of the UIHJ in Paris from November 27 to 29, at the invitation of the Union’s President, Marc Schmitz.
The session addressed several issues related to enforcement proceedings, including the application of new digital technologies in the enforcement sector and the protection of personal data during enforcement procedures.
The Head of the Legal Department presented the legislative regulations concerning access to enforcement proceedings, obtaining information and copies from such proceedings, as well as the significance of the “Personal Office” platform implemented within the Service. The presentation highlighted the platform’s role in facilitating access to information regarding enforcement proceedings.
During his visit to Paris, Arsen Mnatsakanyan held meetings with Marc Schmitz, President of the Union, and leaders of other partner organizations. The Compulsory Enforcement Service has been a full member of the Union since 2015, joining 90 other countries in this global network.
