Today, the solemn ceremony of oath of newly appointed compulsory enforcement officers of Yerevan city and marz divisions and granting the official certificates was held for the first time in the administrative building of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

Replenishing the commissioned staff of the Service, twelve newly appointed compulsory enforcement officers swore to serve the people of the Republic of Armenia faithfully, to strictly observe the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, to respect human and civil rights and freedoms, to contribute to the observance of the constitutional order and to fulfil their duties unreservedly and in good faith.

The Chief Enforcement Officer, attaching importance to the key role of the Compulsory Enforcement Service in the state administration system, particularly said:”I am sure you know how responsible your mission is in terms of ensuring the lawfulness of execution of the judicial act, protection of citizen’s rights. With your daily work, you are accountable not only before the society, the state, but also before yourself own and your work. I congratulate all of you on assuming the position of compulsory enforcement officer, I wish you fully realise the amount of liability, responsibilities and powers that will guide you in your daily work. Be loyal to your oath, contribute, with effective work, to the increasing of the public perception of the role of the compulsory enforcer as the restorer of the violated rights of the citizen, and use your abilities and knowledge for the benefit of the state and the citizen”.
