As a result of the co-operation between the Compulsory Enforcement Service and “Haypost” Company, the process of digitisation of letters has been launched for the first time.

From now on, the beneficiaries of the Service will receive letters addressed to them through the new “Hybrid Post Service” system launched by “Haypost”. The system combines the electronic and paper versions of the letter, ensuring speed of access to the letter, reduction of time periods, automation of activities, saving of state administrative expenses and optimisation of human resources.

The Service shall electronically forward the letter to “Haypost” Company, which shall print it, after which the letter shall be placed in an envelope through special equipment, maximally minimising human intervention.

Those “Hybrid Post” service users can track the delivery of the letter through a free on-line application.
