On 28 August, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan paid a working visit to the Shirak Marz Division of the Compulsory Enforcement Service along with the senior staff of the Service. The aim of the visit was to get to know how the activities are being organized within the Division and record the current problems on the spot.

While touring the Artik-Maralik Regional Unit accompanied by Head of the Shirak Marz Division, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Tadevos Vardanyan, the senior staff of the Service was introduced to the building conditions of the Unit and the problems that require solutions.

During a working consultation at the Gyumri Division of the Service, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer particularly emphasised the demand to increase effectiveness of implementation of certain functions of the Service on the path to implementation of complex reforms within the Service.

Sergey Meghryan also emphasised that it is necessary to pay special attention to the priority issue of urgently addressing the problems of vital importance for citizens and ensuring the improvement of the service quality which are among the key loops of the strategy for reforms of the Service.

The Head of the Shirak Marz Division reported to the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer the problems pertaining to the activities of the Division, the relevant steps being taken to solve them and the issues on organising the process of archiving dismissed enforcement proceedings.

Certain assignments were given at the end of the working meeting.
