On behalf of the Compulsory Enforcement Service and myself, I congratulate you and all employees of the Police on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of formation of the Police.
The institution under your leadership plays its major role in ensuring the security and protection of the rights of citizens of the Republic of Armenia and public order, as well as in establishing and strengthening the legal system.
I wish that the tense and responsible work that you do on a daily basis, contributes to the establishment and development of public safety and law-enforcement in our country. I am certain that you will be able to fully perform the functions of the Police with your professional knowledge and work experience.
I wish you, the employees of the Police and your families good health, peace and good service for the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people.
