Results of activities of Compulsory Enforcement Service for 2023 summed up

Today, a reporting meeting headed by the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer was held at the administrative building of the Compulsory Enforcement Service with the participation of the management staff and officers of the Service, where activities of the Compulsory Enforcement Service for 2023 was summed up.

As per the agenda, the activities carried out by different subdivisions of the Service throughout the reporting period, the volumes of levies of execution under various enforcement proceedings, as well as the indicators pertaining to property and non-property enforcement proceedings were presented. Furthermore, the reforms already implemented and those planned in the information technology sector, along with financial indicators of the Service, and the efforts aimed at enhancing the employees’ working conditions, were reported.

 

It was recorded that during the reporting period, the Compulsory Enforcement Service processed 2.7 million enforcement proceedings, more than AMD 58 billion was levied, which is 14.1% more than the comparable indicator of the previous year.

In his concluding remarks on the results of activities of the Compulsory Enforcement Service for 2023, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Arsen Mnatsakanyan positively assessed the activities of the Service for the reporting year, highlighting specifically the increase in dismissed proceedings, and the decrease in the number of completed enforcement proceedings in the reporting year compared to the previous year.

The primary measures aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the activities of the Service and improving enforcement indicators, the results of inspections were also addressed. Appropriate assignments for eliminating noticeable violations and omissions were given to the heads of subdivisions of the Service.

During the consultation, a solemn ceremony of awarding the employees was held. Upon the order of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer, a number of employees of the Service were recognised for diligent performance of official duties and tasks, as well as conscientious work during the year.
