To reduce inconveniences caused to citizens and legal entities during the process of imposing attachments on properties, to improve the quality of services and to prevent crowds at service centres, the Compulsory Enforcement Service has set up the #Your_Attachment special rapid reaction group.

From now on, in cases permissible by law, you can get complete information about the attachments imposed on you or your client and resolve the following issues as soon as possible, without visiting the Service or submitting a written application:

• adjusting the payments made and finding out the reasons for not lifting the attachment;
• reviewing the imposed attachments in accordance with the fulfilled obligations;
• lifting the attachment imposed or maintained groundlessly;
• detaching monetary funds not subject to confiscation;
• lifting the attachment on salary or other income or reviewing the amount of the attachment;
• levying the funds frozen in banks, lifting other attachments and terminating proceedings;
• receiving information on the process of execution of interim judicial acts related to securing of the claim.
