Adviser to the Ministry of Justice Elina Geghamyan and Head of the Legal Division of the Compulsory Enforcement Service Gohar Mkrtchyan participated in the regular meeting of the Working Group established within the Council of Ministers of Justice of CIS countries.
The draft Agreement “On co-operation in exchanging information during compulsory enforcement of judicial acts” is on the Agenda of the Working Group, within the scope of which, it is proposed to define an opportunity of exchanging information about a debtor in enforcement proceedings, his or her property and other necessary information within the scope of enforcement proceedings initiated in the CIS Member States.
Regulations for protection of personal data within the scope of the Agreement were elaborated and presented by the representatives of the Republic of Armenia during the meeting and included in the draft Agreement, a number of amendments and supplements were made within the scope of information to be exchanged within the framework of the Agreement, the forms and directions of co-operation of the CIS Member States within the scope of the Agreement.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue further activities on the elaboration of the Agreement in order to complete it as soon as possible.
