Today, on 24 July, the solemn ceremony of oath of 8 newly appointed compulsory enforcement officers and of granting official certificates was held at the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
Those appointed to the position of compulsory enforcement officer for the first time took an oath to serve the people of the Republic of Armenia, strictly respect the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, human and citizens’ rights and freedoms and support maintenance of the constitutional order.
Congratulating the new officers having joined the ranks of the Service, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan stated the following in his speech: “I am certain that, by assuming the duties of a compulsory enforcement officer, you are deeply aware of your responsibility to protect the law, the State and the rights of our citizens. I fully hope that you will unconditionally follow the oath that you took and perform your service in good faith.”
In his congratulations speech, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer also noted that, on the path to reforms, the process of replenishing the Service with new specialists is a necessity and is aimed at increasing effectiveness of the activities of the Service, and at the same time, assured that faithful officers will definitely be noticed.
