Due to co-operation between the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice and the “Road Police” Service of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the “Road Police” Service has delivered a web service for obtaining information on payments which has been integrated into the Unified System for Electronic Management of Enforcement Proceedings of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

Due to the software integration, the information on payments of fines imposed under decisions on imposing an administrative penalty made to the accounts of the “Road Police” Service is automatically loaded, and as a result of its automatic loading and processing the payments of fines made — subject to enforcement proceedings — by citizens to the account numbers of the Road Police in the form of direct repayment, while they were to be paid to the account numbers of the Compulsory Enforcement Service, are automatically entered in the enforcement proceedings initiated based on decisions on imposing an administrative penalty with respect to violations of traffic rules in the Unified System for Electronic Management of Enforcement Proceedings.

Due to the software, the enforcement proceedings will be automatically dismissed, and the attachment will be lifted, where the payment has been made before the decision on imposing an administrative penalty with regard to violations of road traffic rules is submitted to the compulsory enforcement.

However, if the payment has been made after the decision on imposing an administrative penalty with regard to violations of road traffic rules is submitted to compulsory enforcement, the amount of the liability will be automatically reduced in the amount of the sum paid, while the enforcement proceedings will be automatically dismissed and the attachment will be lifted after levying the enforcement expenses.
