First enforcement proceedings were automatically initiated on the basis of awards of arbitration tribunals

The Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice elaborated and put into exploitation the document circulation platform for electronically submitting the arbitration awards for compulsory enforcement.

It provides an opportunity to electronically submit the arbitration awards for compulsory enforcement. As a result, the actions of initiating enforcement proceedings, announcing a search for the property of debtor, imposing an attachment and levying of execution will not be carried out on the basis of the writs of execution issued by the courts, but will be carried out automatically on the basis of the awards sent by the arbitration courts electronically after the enforcement proceedings have been initiated by the compulsory enforcement officer.

The above-mentioned awards will not be filed with the General Division of the Service, the necessity for record-registering thereof will be eliminated, since they electronically become available in the system from the very beginning.

The awards of the arbitration courts have already been received, on the basis of which enforcement proceedings have been initiated.

By launching the platform, the effectiveness of enforcement of awards has also increased; the time spent on enforcement proceedings initiated on the basis of awards of arbitration courts has significantly decreased. The launch of this platform is also aimed at relieving the workloads of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction examining civil cases.
