Today, on 15 December, annual final working meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan. The activities carried out in 2022 by the Subdivisions of the Central Body of the Service have been summed up. The comprehensive Action Plan for 2023 has also been discussed.
Heads of structural subdivisions of the Compulsory Enforcement Service reported the results of the current year’s activities of their divisions and presented the actions implemented thereby. It was stated that the annual planned activities of the subdivisions of the Central Body have mostly been performed, and individual programmes will continue to be implemented next year. With comparable indicators, i.e. in comparison with the previous years, an increase in scheduled and unscheduled inspections and examinations has been recorded within all Divisions.
As a result of consideration of matters raised during the working meeting and needs assessment, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer gave relevant assignments to the Heads of the structural subdivisions to ensure consistent and proper implementation of the actions envisaged for the upcoming year, as well as normal functioning and effective performance of the Service. An instruction was given by the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer to also take as a basis — while developing the action plan to be implemented in 2023 — the concept reflecting the directions of reforms of the Compulsory Enforcement Service that is currently under development.
Particular attention was paid to holding other trainings for compulsory enforcement officers in 2023, as well as to implementing the actions related to the field of compulsory enforcement provided for by the Action Plan of the Government for 2021-2026 and the Strategy of Judicial and Legal Reforms for 2022-2026.
