Dear citizens,

Conditioned by the state of emergency announced for the purpose of preventing the spread of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the Compulsory Enforcement Service switches over to the emergency mode of operation, therefore it suspends the performance of such enforcement actions which imply contact with the participants of the enforcement proceedings and requires performance of enforcement actions at the address of the debtor.

We inform also that the activity of the Office of the Compulsory Enforcement Service is temporarily terminated, thus please, visit the Service only in case of urgent necessity.

When making a visit:

1.     wear masks, individual safety gears;

2.     be extremely cautious;

3.     follow the instructions of duty officers of the Service.

The Service urges to make all the payments through payment and settlement terminals — payment systems Tel-Cell, EasyPay, iDram, MobiDram, and through bank transfers, avoiding visits to any division of the Service. Within the scope of enforcement proceedings payments may be made also through “e-payments” and ArCa payment systems.

Requests, complaints, inquiries and other documents addressed to the Service may be forwarded either through the unified portal for electronic requests (www.e-request.am) or through the postal service.
