Dear officers and rescuers of

the Ministry of Emergency Situations,

On behalf of the Compulsory Enforcement Service and myself, I congratulate you on the occasion of Emergency Situations Officer’s Day.

With all of its structural circuits, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is an institution that is of vital significance for our country. Taking into account not only the natural climate conditions and the seismic situation in the Republic of Armenia, but also the war and emergency cases over the past years, it should be stated that the role of officers and rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in protecting the population, ensuring the safety in emergency situations and the humanitarian mission to have lives saved is invaluable.

The co-operation of the Compulsory Enforcement Service and the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is already an established reality, and the effective inter-agency co-operation serves as a brilliant example. I am certain that the co-operation will be ongoing.

Congratulating on the occasion of your professional day once again, I wish that the officers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the whole team of the Rescue Service carry out their selfless and dedicated work exceptionally in peace and safety.
