Taking into consideration the efforts of the Government to ease the social burden of the citizens which are aimed at overcoming the state of emergency in the country, the Compulsory Enforcement Service will not — under the initiated enforcement proceedings — impose attachment on the funds provided by the Government within the framework of the programmes for elimination of social consequences of the coronavirus.

The Service has communicated to the commercial banks of the Republic of Armenia the necessary information on not applying attachment on the mentioned grounds.
