The Compulsory Enforcement Service has a major and key role and significance in establishing rule of law, ensuring lawfulness of enforcement of judicial acts and protecting the lawful interests of citizens. Today, ensuring the sustainable operation and the ongoing institutional development of the state system is important for the Republic of Artsakh.
